Pricing

Pay for what you measure.

sonex is billed by monthly tracked events, not by seat or by website. The Free plan covers 2k events a month at $0, Pro is $20/mo for 200k events, Pro Plus is $99/mo for 1M events, and Business is $200/mo for 2M events. Go over your allowance on a monthly card plan and the extra events are billed per event rather than cutting your data off.

What counts

One event is one thing that happened.

A pageview is an event. A custom event you send with sonex.track() is an event. A link click or a pixel hit is an event. Nothing else is metered — not websites, not reports, not the people on your team reading them.

That means your bill tracks your traffic and nothing else. If you run twenty small sites on Pro, you pay Pro. If one of them has a good month, a monthly card plan bills that month's extra events and then goes back to normal.

Pay monthly by card, or pay 6 or 12 months up front in stablecoin (USDC) at a discount in the countries we bill directly. Prepaid terms never renew and stop accepting events at the plan allowance. Elsewhere, Stripe is the merchant of record and handles local tax.

Every plan gets revenue, realtime, the world map, and the reports you read daily — visitors, pages, referrers and campaigns. Connecting Stripe or Polar is free on every tier, including Free. Funnels, cohorts and API access start on Pro. Retention runs six months on Free, a year on Pro, two years on Pro Plus and five years on Business.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Cookies, install and pricing, answered. Still stuck? Ask us anything .

01 Can sonex show revenue next to my traffic?

Yes. Connect Stripe or Polar with a read-only key and sonex reads revenue straight from your payment provider, per website. Revenue then appears as a focusable series on the Overview chart and as its own report, beside the traffic that earned it. No tracked event is needed for it to work.

02 Does sonex use cookies?

No. sonex sets no cookies and needs no consent banner. It counts visits without cookies, fingerprinting, or any personal data, so it is GDPR, PECR and CCPA-ready by default.

03 How do I install sonex?

Add one script tag to your site's <head> with your website id. It is a single lightweight tracker — no build step and no SDK required.

04 Is sonex a Google Analytics alternative?

Yes. sonex gives you the reports that matter — visitors, pages, referrers, funnels, revenue and a world map — without surveilling your audience or drowning you in configuration.

05 How is sonex priced?

By monthly tracked events. Free covers 2k events, Pro is $20/mo for 200k events, Pro Plus is $99/mo for 1M events, and Business is $200/mo for 2M events with unlimited team seats.

06 How can I pay for sonex?

Pay by card for a monthly subscription, or pay once in stablecoin (USDC) for 6 or 12 months up front at a discount. USDC is available only in the countries sonex bills directly; checkout shows the options for the country you choose.
